We guarantee every product that we make. When you buy our goods, you're buying products that are made to last. If at any time your Raw Materials Design product fails due to a manufacturing defect or failure, just return it to us and we will either repair or replace it at our option.

Our $9.00 flat-rate Express Shipping applies to all U.S. retail orders. Your merchandise ships via speedy USPS Priority Mail and reaches nearly all U.S. customers in 2 to 3 days. If you live in the greater Seattle area or western Washington, you'll usually receive your order the next day.
A Priority Mail Express overnight or 2 day delivery option is also available at the bottom of the checkout screen.
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours after your order has been placed. If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you an estimated availability date or substitution alternatives.
We offer no-quibble returns or exchanges for retail orders within 30 days of purchase for products that are unused, unlaundered and include their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned beyond 30 days of purchase, damaged through neglect or abuse, soiled, laundered or returned without its original packaging. Returns accepted after 30 days from their original sale are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final for sale, closeout or discontinued products. Merchandise purchased from third-party sellers may not be returned under any circumstances.
Wholesale orders of open-stock products may be returned within 30 days at buyer's expense and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted or credited for items that have been previously sold, shopworn, faded or without their original packaging and tags. All sales of custom products are final.

The credit card information you enter when purchasing our goods online is encrypted by our card processing company (Intuit) using the strongest available technology. The only payment information available to us are the last 4 digits of your card number.

The pop up mechanism installs a simple 'cookie' on your computer indicating the date of your most recent visit.
